By purchasing a class or class gift voucher from Contemporary Cakes and Classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Class gift vouchers are a limited time of 12 months and expires at the end of that period. No extensions are given.

Due to Covid, if you are unwell and unable to attend your class, you will not be refunded but can be used for another class at a later date.

All classes involve preparation and some baking in advance, for the class to take place.

If you decide to cancel for any reason or have a change of mind, no refund will be given.

All classes require a minimum number of enrollments to proceed.

If insufficient numbers, the class may be cancelled and postponed for a later date.

You will be notified at least 48 hours. All fees will be refunded or can be transferred to a later date for another class.
