Join Jackie for this 2-day class where she will share how to make beautiful, fine sugar flowers.
You will make a variety of sugar flowers including roses, lilies and frangipanis.
Foliage, leaves and infill buds.
Jackie will share with you her flower paste recipe which is great for our humid climate.
Learn about colouring and dipping colours.
The flowers will be displayed on a dummy covered cake.
