Sat 15th February 2020 Chocolate wrapped Miniature cake workshop
Cost of the class $340 10-4.30pm
This is a one day workshop where you will learn how to temper chocolate and then using chocolate transfer sheets learn how to apply them around miniature cakes. Lunch and light refreshments are provided.
Suitable for all In this class we will learn how to use chocolate transfer sheets and decorate 4 already baked, round miniature cakes.
You will learn how to temper your chocolate to create strength and shine in your chocolate.
We will also learn to make some sugar paste flowers to decorate the cakes.
Please wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
