In this class, you will decorate a round chocolate mud cake.

You will learn how to level your cake, chocolate ganache your cake in preparation for covering with fondant.
Learn how to get a marbled effect coloured effect with fondant. Learn how to paint with edible gold luster powder.

Fondant wired stars will be made to decorate your cake.

You will be provided with a step-by-step instruction handout, a folder with chocolate ganache recipes, with local suppliers product information sheet.

A light lunch and refreshments will be provided and apron and box.
A step by step photo guide with instructions, will be given for you to take home.
Please wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
