In this class, you will learn how to double stack 2 cakes to achieve a double-barrel stacked cake.

Jackie will show you how to make a delicious tasting frosting and using different colours to create a colour scheme for a smooth coating on your cake.

Learn how to use chocolate ganache to achieve a great drip effect and master how to use a piping bag to achieve piped swirls of decoration. Then get creative with different candies to decorate.

Everything is provided in this class including an apron and a box to transport your cake home.

Please wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
