We do things a bit differently and that's the way you like it!
Scott and I wanted to thank you for making such an amazing wedding cake for us and for the lovely card that you left for us as well.
We could not have been happier. So many of our guests commented on the execution of the design and how mouth-wateringly delicious it was (we even gave out your details to one of the guests). It seriously was gorgeous to look at and to eat.
After the first meeting with Jackie, Scott and I knew that we were getting our cake from the best. That we had picked a vendor who ticked all the right boxes for us; it was going to tastes as good as it was going to look and our guests were going to love it.
The hardest part of the entire cake designing process was choosing which flavour's we were going to have. As they are all incredibly good. Originally we were only looking at a two-tier cake however because we simply could not decide which flavour's to exclude we ended up with a three-tier ( seriously could have had four) and the best part is that everyone enjoyed so much that all three tiers got eaten.
Everyone went back for seconds even after they had already eaten a three-course meal.
Jackie made the most deliciously moist, flavoursome cakes and you can tell that she only used the highest of quality ingredients.
We certainly will be visiting Jackie again for all of our special occasion cakes.

I loved Jackie’s personality and friendliness.
As soon as I first met Jackie I knew she was an expert in her field. Not only was she flexible and friendly she also had fantastic variety of flavours and took the time to make sure I was happy with our wedding cake.
Absolutely loved the finished cake design, especially that it matched the lace of my dress.
Our finished cake design was just gorgeous and everyone said it tasted fantastic too.

We were both so happy with how the design turned out, and it made a fantastic dessert. Our guests had nothing but praise for the beautiful cake. We were also very excited when we had a little bit left-over for a snack on the Sunday after the wedding!!

Jackie created our wedding cake of miniature cakes 5 years ago and the display was stunning and unique, so 5 years later on ......
Amanda & I want to say a very special thank you for making our 5th wedding anniversary celebration miniature cakes.
Amanda was so surprised when we called around on Thursday to collect them and she even shed a few tears. Every year it is always so hard for me to find something different & romantic to celebrate our special day but I think this year, with you help, I may have made it difficult to top next year!
We enjoyed our time away and the cake went down really well with a nice bottle of bubbly.

When I first met with Jackie, the business owner, I was really impressed by her commercial kitchen and the examples of different types of cakes which she makes herself that were on display there. This provided a good opportunity for me to visualise the size and type of cake I wanted and the various decoration styles I could choose from. I took with me a picture of a fabulous cake I had seen in a magazine wondering if I could find anyone who would be able to make it.
As soon as I saw the intricate designs and decorations at her kitchen workshop, I knew I had found the right person. Jackie told me about her extensive experience working in a commercial catering business in the U.K. and her current business in Australia where she runs cake making and decorating classes and makes special occasion cakes. She was very easy to work with and provided samples for me to taste of various different cake flavours I could choose from, even giving me some to take home for my fiance to try, who was unable to attend the appointment.. I was so impressed with the flavours that it was difficult to decide on just one and I ended up getting a three tiered cake with a different flavour for each tier!
She even had a number of beautiful silver cake stands to place the cake on. These are available to hire with a refundable deposit when returned. I hired one and it really looked amazing at the wedding venue, Jackie added some special details to the cake design with our initials as I had requested and the gorgeous hand made sugar icing flowers on top just set it off perfectly. Our guests were really impressed with the way it looked and then they tasted it! We had a red velvet layer cut up at the wedding and lots of people commented on how delicious it was.
What made it even easier for me was the fact that Jackie offers a service where she will take the cake to the venue herself on your wedding day and set it up for you. She even provided cake boxes for the venue staff to put the extra layers in after the reception, for us to take home. When I was working every day and trying to organise all the other wedding details that every bride has to contend with, this was the kind of personal service I really appreciated.
No detail was overlooked. To anyone who reads this and is thinking that this kind of service is out of their price bracket I would say make sure you get a quote from Jackie, because I have spoken to another bride who was getting quotes from other providers and I can tell you they were more expensive and did not provide this level of personal service.
