Food Safety Supervisors Course


In order for you to hold a food license you must have obtained the following qualification.

You must obtain the following qualification, or within 30 days of obtaining your Council inspection, otherwise your food license, can be cancelled.

I recommend you the owner of your business to have achieved this qualification, before you lodge your food application.

Once you have completed the online course, you then must need a nominated person for the observers report to be completed and then sent back to the training certification provider. I offer that assessment service.

This course provides the nationally recognised certificate for SITXFSA001 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety & SITXFSA002 Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices and allows you to work in the hospitality sector.

You must be assessed after the course and I am qualified to do this and can be the nominated assessor.

Jackie will sign off the food safety supervisor's course once you have completed it and will assess you,

Jo Home-based food license Inspection Review
