Lace and flower stacked 2 tier cake. 2 day class Cost of class $640 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
The class is aimed at students who are want to take their cake decorating skills to the next level to expand their range of cakes, to wedding cakes.
This cake will be a real base cake and a fake Styrofoam top cake.
In this class you will learn how to cover a Styrofoam top tier cake with fondant and the base cake will already be baked for you.
You will already be familiar with decorating cakes with fondant and know how to ganache your cakes and cover with fondant and Jackie will guide you on how to achieve a beautiful neat finished covered cake.d.
Learn how to make flower paste and make a beautiful open sugar peony flower and decorative sugar leaves.
Learn how to make a beautiful lace effect with fondant and sugar pearls.
You will be shown how to safely stack your cakes safely, ensuring a well-presented cake.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided on each day and apron.
A step by step photo guide with instructions, will be given for you to take home.

Both of Jackie's baking and decorating books are available for you to purchase at your class and a range of cake tools.

The class is aimed at students who are want to take their cake decorating skills to the next level to expand their range of cakes.
The cakes will already be baked for you.
You will already be familiar with decorating cakes with sugar paste and know how to ganache your cakes and cover with fondant and this will be repeated.
This is a 4-day class where you will cover all the basics of cake decorating. You will achieve a great foundation in cake decorating.
Day I
You will learn the first stages of making flowers for the fondant cup and cake. You will learn how to make the cup and saucer from modeling paste.
Day 2 Prepare your cake with chocolate ganache and cover your cake with fondant.
Day 3 Learn how to decorate your sugar cup and saucer. You will learn how to stack your cake safely and complete the decorations.
Day 4 Learn how to color your sugar flowers using a few different techniques.
A light lunch and refreshments are provided and your cake or creations will be packaged in a box for you to take home at the end of your class.
