                                           Beginners 1  Sugar Flower workshop 
                             Cost of class $660 inc of gst 2 day class Suitable for all.

This flower class will take place over 2 days.In this class you will make and take home an arrangement of sugar flowers. The flowers made will be roses, lilies, frangipanes, arum lilies, cala lilys and foliage and leaves. Flower handouts and flower paste recipes will be available at the end of the class. You will also make flowerpaste and take it home with you at the end of day 2.Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.The flowers made,will be displayed on a dummy cake to take home.A light lunch will be provided and refreshments.











                              Beginners 2 Sugar Flower workshop 10-6pm.
                                 Cost of class $660 inc of gst 2 day class 

This class will take place over 2 days. In this class you will make and take home an arrangement of sugar flowers. The flowers made will be phalonopsis orchids, tulips, dodi vine and leaves. Flower handouts and flower paste recipes will be available at the end of the class. A light lunch will be provided and refreshments. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.The flowers made, will be displayed on a dummy cake to take home.











                          Beginners 3 Peony and roses sugar flower workshop 10-6pm.
                          Cost of class $660 inc of gst. Suitable for all. 2 day class

This class will take place over 2 days. In this class you will make and take home an arrangement of sugar flowers. The flowers made will be open and closed peony roses with foliage and leaves. Flower handouts and flower paste recipes will be available at the end of the class. The flowers made, will be displayed on a dummy cake to take home.A light lunch will be provided and refreshments.

What were your reasons in attending the workshop?

Had previously attended the shooting start class and enjoyed myself, and wanted to learn how to make the flowers

Did you learn any new skills or tips that you can now use?

My flower making skills were nil previous to the class so every skill has been a benefit

 

Did you leave knowing you have learnt the skills you were wanting to achieve?

Absolutely yes

 

Was the full day workshop too long?

 

No 

 

Would have liked to have a morning or afternoon tea break?

I think morning tea ‘on the run’ so to speak was fine. 

 

Do you think the class was value for money in your learning?

I have to admit I was hesitant at spending the money with my original class (shooting stars), but the skills learnt and personal enjoyment far outweighed the cost.  Definitely value for money

 

Did the folder and the printed information and templates help as we went through the various stages?

The folder was great and I have referred to it as I have thought of things that I wanted to review

 

 

Would you recommend this workshop to your friends and any cake decorators and why?

 

Yes, I have already.  I can recommend with confidence that they will enjoy themselves and receive value for money.

Yes and yes

Very professional class room, nice and clean, plenty of light, plenty of room.
