Sunday 24^th of June 2012. Beginners 5a Handbag class Cost of class $340+of gst 1 day class 9.30am -6pm.

In this class you will learn how to carve your cake, ganaching your cake in preparation for covering with sugar paste. We will learn how to create a quilted effect make an edible zop and learn how to make the designer logo.
You will also learn how to make sugar paste cut outs and how to apply them to the cake.
A light lunch and refreshments are provided. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
