Sunday 18th of December 2011 Christmas cake workshop 10-4pm. Cost of class $220 + gst Total to pay $242. Part two Bring your Christmas cake along , this will need to be a 6"cake ( if your cake is larger an additional cost will be charged depending upon the size) and learn how to cover and decorate. We will model using sugar paste a Christmas tree, choir boys and snow effect on the top of the cake.A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
