You will learn how to carve a tent shape from a cake and learn how to ganache the cake.
Using sugar paste we will learn how to cover this unusual shape and then model cute friendly animals poking out from the opening doors .A light lunch will be provided and refreshments Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
