Beginners 3 Bow cake workshop 9.30am -6pm . Cost of class $340 + gst Total to pay $374 .1 day class This class is now full.

In this class you will learn how to level your cake, ganache your cake in preparation for covering with sugar paste. Sugar paste ribbons will be made to decorate your cake with a show topping bow, placed on top. You will learn how to make sugar paste cut outs and how to apply to the cake.

A light lunch will be provided and refreshments. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
