Learn how to create an edible 3D burger in a bun, realistic fries (or chips if you are from the UK!) We will make a checkered table cloth effect cake board using red and white sugar paste. You will also learn how to carve a realistic 3D carton of chips and learn how to model realistic looking chips from sugar paste. You will be creating a work of art. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided for both days.
