Fairy tale princess castle, based on a popular fairy tale design we will be making a similar 3d design shaping and carving cake with the use of additional Styrofoam. This is only suitable for students already familiar with carving and shaping and ganaching cakes with the introduction to using and covering Styrofoam. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
