Beginners 2 Shooting stars cake workshop 9.30am -6pm. Cost of class $340 + gst Total cost $374. 1 day class This class is now full.

In this class you will decorate a round chocolate mud cake. You will learn how to level your cake, ganache your cake in preparation for covering with sugar paste. Sugar paste wired stars will be made to decorate your cake. We will learn how to make sugar paste cut outs and apply to the cake.

Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes. A light lunch and refreshments are provided.
