Sunday 17^th of June 2012. Beginners 3 Bow cake workshop. Cost of class $340 + gst 1 day class 9.30am -6pm

In this class you will learn how to level a round cake, ganaching your cake in preparation for covering with sugar paste. Sugar paste ribbons will be made to decorate your cake with a show topping bow, placed on top. You will learn how to make sugar paste cut outs and how to apply to the cake.
A light lunch will be provided and refreshments. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
