Beginners 8 Miniature cake class 9.30-6pm. Cost of class $440 + gst Total cost $484. 1 day class
Learn how to carve and shape 6 miniature (2 square, 2round and 2 heart shaped cakes) cakes prior to covering with sugar paste. Miniature cakes are very popular in the bridal services and can be tailor made to the bridal couple’s requirements.
Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
This class is only available if you have completed either beginners 2 or 3 class, as you will need to have learnt the stages of preparing your cake for covering your cake with sugar paste before advancing to this class.
