Monday 30th of April and Tuesday 1st of April 2012.
Beginners 13 A Sugar Flower workshop Cost of class $600 +gst Suitable for all. 2 day class 10-6pm
This class will take place over 2 days. In this class you will make and take home an arrangement of sugar flowers. The flowers made will be roses, lilies, frangipanes ,arum lilies, cala lilys and foilage and leaves. Flower handouts and recipes will be available at the end of the class.
A light lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days. Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of May 2012.
New Class***Bridal Funky Figurines. 10-5pm $700 + gst. Total to pay $770
Learn how to carve and shape from Styrofoam the popular Funky figurines, you will craete 4 figurines including a bride, groom, flower girl and paige boy. Originally I learnt from attending a Planet Cake course over 4 years ago. Since then I have recreated many figurines for my custom made cakes. Let me show you how to carve and shape the figurines and then using sugar paste how to decorate them.
Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days.

Intermediate 7 2 tier Frangipani cascade.Cost of class $640 + gst 2 day class 10- 6pm
Learn how to carve ganache and stack a 2 tier round cake.Learn how to cover with sugar paste and learn the safe way of stacking cakes using dowels.
Sugar frangipanes wired and non wired will be made to decorate this beautiful design.A light lunch will be provided and refreshments Please bring an apron and wear comfortable enclosed shoes.
Jackie will be overseas from the 10th of May until the 4th of June.

I am based in Daisy Hill south of Brisbane approx. 40 minutes from the Gold Coast and just over and I hour from the Sunshine coast.I am just of exit 24 of the Pacific highway, very close to my favourite store Ikea!

All classes require full payment before attending , I will send you the booking and payment details if you choose to pay via internet banking or by cheque. If you have not paid, you will not be booked in. Bookings are made on a first in basis.
Once payment has been received I will email you with a booking confirmation and receipt of payment.
Payments can be made by online via this website through PayPal or by internet banking, payment by cheque made payable to Contemporary Cakes and Classes or a money order available to buy at Australia post.
Gift vouchers are also available to purchase.
If a class is cancelled, a full refund of the class will be made, or if you choose, transferred to another class to the same value.
Please contact me for further details. Corporate classes are also available as well as private classes of your own friends or family members, classes must be a minimum of 4 students.

Once you have registered and paid for a class, you have purchased your place in the workshop and there are no refunds or cancellations possible for any reason. By purchasing this course you agree to this policy. Please note if you are unable to attend you are able to send a friend in your place.
