Fruit Cake
All my fruit cakes are made using a traditional recipe, with only the finest ingedients, to ensure a delicious , rich, moist and well matured cake. To ensure that your wedding cake is of the highest quality make your order well in advance of the day, to give the cakes the most time to mature. As a guide fruit cakes are allowed to mature for 3 months.
Sugar Flowers
All of my Flowers are hand made from edible Petal Paste so you can be sure of high quality standards in the decoration of your cake. What I love about sugar flowers they can be made to scale for the cake and you do not have to place sometimes huge overbearing fresh flowers that detract from the cake , especially those large fresh lilies.
If you wish, fresh flowers or silk flowers can be used instead.
