Cupcakes and Miniature Cakes

Cupcakes

Cupcakes are $6.60 each and can be decorated using the following toppings. This includes a simple sugar flower, piping or heart motif. You can also choose foil or paper wrappers in a variety of colour.

A cutting cake on top is $180 Sugar sprays of flowers are an extra cost.

Two different toppings are available for the cupcakes.

Sugar paste available smooth or with a textured pattern or a piped royal icing detail.

Chocolate ganache beautiful swirls of ganache either using white Callebaut chocolate and cream resulting in in a light cream colour that can also be coloured to suit your scheme or a rich chocolate swirl using beautiful Callebaut milk chocolate and cream.




 
 


Miniature cakes or cupcakes are the perfect alternative to a stand-up reception or can be used instead of having a standard wedding cake (remember some venues will charge for the cutting and serving of the cake as dessert, so this can be avoided by having cupcakes). They can also be served as a bonbonniere at the end of the celebration with the guest's initials on them.

The use of ribbons, colourings of toppings, a motif or a mini flower can all achieve a wonderful wow factor. A small traditional bridal cutting cake can be made to replicate the cupcakes or miniature cakes and placed on top of the stand.

Miniature Cakes

Miniature cakes are available in either a round, square or heart shaped.

A cutting cake on top is $180 decorated with simple flowers or piping .Sugar sprays of flowers are an extra cost

Miniature cakes are $30 each .

They will serve 2 for a dessert or 4 for a coffee serve with the exception of the heart shaped which will only serve 3 coffee serves, unless you want to give Jenny Craig serve!.You can have an assortment of flavours depending on the amount required.

The cakes are positioned on miniature boards and are perfect to be placed in the acetate boxes to be given as gifts.

Some of my bridal couples will give these as a bonbonniere and give to their guests normally one per couple.

Some couples will have extras made to be given to the brides maids and grooms men with their names or initials piped on, or to the parents and grandparents which is a lovely gift to give.
