Contemporary Cakes has been established for the past 12 years originating in the UK and for the last 3 years in Australia. Jackie is based in Daisy Hill, South of Brisbane.

Jackie's cakes are displayed at Weddings, Christenings and Anything store 2A 3231 Logan Rd, Underwood. Jackie is available to discuss your cake requirements at the store, by appointment only.

Jackie Thompson is the founder and sole proprietor. After attending a tertiary college and completed a two year city & guild as a qualified chef and pastry chef. In 2004 she completed a city & guild in Sugarcraft and Royal Icing course.

Jackie has also produced food and cakes, which have appeared in various film, BBC television programmes and food commercials including: Bridget Jones Diary, Finding Neverlands, Wimbledon and has catered for royalty Duchess of Wessex (H.R.H. Prince Edwards wife).

All cakes are made in licensed and food approved premises.
